You probably don't need to delete it. Go into your game options under DLC in the main menu and turn alternative outfits off as I think they get turned on by default. At least that should work in theory.

Yeah, I tried that a few different time. Constantly hangs on the loading screen before character selection. No biggie really as the last time I installed this mod when it was working it made everything naked all the time. I don't like that. I preferred the original way. Or maybe that's was...

My game hangs on the loading screen with 1.2c. Not that I use the mod regularly, just wanted to test and it isn't working for me.

I looked at every single god damn file in the download, none of them have any of that in it. An .exe file, a .bat file, another file plus a folder.. NO readme with any kind of instructions.

Why are all of these mods for the skin that requires you finish the game several times? I mean seriously, have to finish the game at least twice before you get the mod to work. That's pretty mush useless to me. I really don't want to play the game more than once.
