Well I grabbed textures from the subtle nude mod for SV and made an attempt. I used a hex editor and included the decensor so its drag and drop to apply

How do you install it?

What do you do with the following files:

• all.csv
• easy.csv
• SKEV_cat_pack.exe

I'm not so sure I wanna run a suspicious .exe file without knowing what it will do.
The readme is also just gibberish to me.
