think I can still hold on for quite some time, but eventually I end up searching for porn of whatever it is. Maybe it is more enticing for our brains when that character is familiar to us, because random characters usually have no charm. I think it is the same phenomenon behind the want to see some people we know in sexual situations, like with AI deepfakes...
I think that to this day, the only show I didn't do that with was Dandadan. I don't know why, don't ask me. I felt once a slight urge, but I resisted and that was enough. Also some time ago i saw a glimpse of it while browsing this site, but it didn't even bother me. I just scrolled away. Odd.
